Teleférico Santiago has two lines, each with its own starting station:
Teleférico Pedro de Valdivia:
The starting station is Oasis Station, located at Avenida El Cerro 750, Providencia, at the main entrance to Parque Metropolitano de Santiago (Parquemet).
When entering the park, just a few meters to the right, you will find Oasis Station, the starting point of the most traditional and best-known Teleférico Santiago route.
Teleférico Pío Nono:
The starting station is Zoológico Station, located at Pío Nono 485, Providencia, inside Parque Metropolitano de Santiago (Parquemet).
The station is located next to the entrance of the Metropolitan Zoo, in the same access area as Funicular Santiago, and it is the starting point of the new Teleférico Pío Nono route.
Important: both lines connect at the summit of San Cristóbal Hill, and the stations in that area are within walking distance of each other.
The nearest metro station is Pedro de Valdivia (Line 1). You must get off there and walk along Av. Pedro de Valdivia for approximately 15 to 17 minutes until you reach the entrance to San Cristóbal Hill.
The nearest metro station is Baquedano (Line 1). You must get off there and walk along Pío Nono Street for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the entrance to San Cristóbal Hill.
Teleférico Santiago tickets start at $2,000 CLP. The price depends on the route you choose and the day you travel, since rates vary between weekdays and weekends. There are also preferential rates for children and senior citizens. Check all available tickets here.

Yes, people in wheelchairs can board Teleférico Santiago. They must go to Oasis Station or Zoo Station, where we have an elevator up to the boarding area. In these cases, the person in the wheelchair may be accompanied by up to 2 additional visitors in the cabin. Our staff will take care of the corresponding boarding process for any visitor who needs assistance. Please always follow staff instructions.
The round-trip ride on the Pedro de Valdivia line takes approximately 12 to 15 minutes between Oasis Station and Cumbre Station.
The round-trip ride on the Teleférico Pío Nono line takes approximately 5 to 7 minutes between Zoo Station and Manuel Foster Station.

Teleférico Santiago is a cable transport system. Its speed varies between 1 and 5 meters per second (18 km/h).
On the Pedro de Valdivia line, a maximum of 6 people can fit in each Teleférico cabin. On the Pío Nono line, 8 people can fit in each cabin.
Passengers include adults, children, seniors, strollers, and/or pets. Passengers do not necessarily have to belong to the same family group or party.
Yes, any visitor attending with a baby in a stroller must fold it at the time of boarding. Please note that the child and the stroller occupy one spot inside the cabin, so 4 remaining spots will be available.
Children under 12 years of age must always be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 years old throughout the entire ride.
The children’s ticket applies to ages 2 through 11 inclusive. Therefore, from age 12 onward, a regular ticket is required, and children under 2 enter free of charge.
The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes. If you do not arrive for your reservation, there is no refund. Exceptionally, with proper medical justification submitted by email, the booking may be rescheduled for another day.
Bicycles are not allowed on Teleférico Santiago.
Yes, you can enjoy the Teleférico experience in the rain, as long as there are no signs of a possible electrical storm.

Yes, it will depend on the type of ticket you buy. At the terminal stations (Oasis, Cumbre, Zoo, and Manuel Foster), disembarking is mandatory.
Yes, you can stop at the well-known Delicatto Café, with its own handcrafted ice cream, which has been recognized as one of the best in the country. There are also sandwiches, coffee, muffins, juices, soft drinks, and more.
Yes. You may bring them as long as everything is hermetically sealed and kept in a handbag. Eating and drinking inside the cabins is not allowed.
Teleférico visitors may enter the stations and cabins with their pets as long as they comply with the following regulations:
1.– Medium-sized or small dogs and cats are allowed.
2.– Each pet must wear a collar or harness and leash during their entire stay in our facilities. The leash must not exceed approximately one meter in length and must always be handled by an adult. Leaving pets tied to objects or in the care of children is prohibited.
3.– Dogs classified as potentially dangerous breeds may enter as long as they comply with the responsible pet ownership law (muzzle, non-extendable leash with a maximum length of 1 meter, civil liability insurance, and training and obedience course).
4.– A maximum of one pet per responsible adult is allowed.
5.– Each pet will be counted as an additional passenger inside our cabins, which have a maximum capacity of 6 passengers regardless of the pet’s size, age, or weight.
6.– The pet owner must always carry cleaning supplies and is responsible for collecting and cleaning any solid or liquid waste their pet may leave in our facilities.
7.– Owners are responsible for ensuring the behavior and physical condition of their pets. Pet owners release Teleférico Santiago from any liability for any event in which they, their companions, pets, Teleférico visitors, or any other person may be harmed as a result of actions carried out by their pets.
8.– Teleférico Santiago reserves the right to refuse admission to any pet whenever deemed necessary to safeguard the integrity and comfort of our visitors or for any other justified reason.
9.– Upon entering Teleférico Santiago facilities and obtaining a ticket, the pet owner is deemed to be aware of and to comply with the provisions of these regulations.
